Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Seller identity

Article 2 – Scope

These T&Cs apply to any order placed by a customer (consumer or professional) on the site. They comply with the Belgian Code of Economic Law and applicable European directives.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are jewelry and accessories. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations (shade, dimensions) may exist, particularly for handcrafted pieces. Such variations shall not incur the seller's liability nor constitute grounds for cancellation.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT incl.), excluding shipping costs specified before the order is confirmed. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5 – Order

The order becomes firm and final once confirmed by the customer via the “Order with payment obligation” button and payment confirmation. An acknowledgment summarizing the order is sent by email.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered on the site (credit card, and other options shown at checkout). Transactions are secure. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Article 7 – Shipping

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The order ships the next business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery time then varies depending on the products ordered and the carrier; it is specified before the order is confirmed. Timeframes are given for guidance only; a reasonable delay cannot give rise to compensation or cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer may use the withdrawal button available on the site, or notify their decision by email. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in their complete packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Article 9 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized, engraved, or made-to-order goods made according to the customer's specifications, nor to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example, earrings).

Article 10 – Legal warranty

All products benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity provided under European law, covering conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. This warranty applies independently of any optional commercial warranty.

Article 11 – Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear of the jewelry.

Article 12 – Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.

Article 13 – Governing law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of the district of the registered office will have jurisdiction. The consumer may also use the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
