Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind, no reason needed. Items must be returned new, unworn, in their original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Contact us at contact@alisjewelry.com or use the withdrawal button on the site.
2. Send the package back to the address provided.
3. After receiving and checking your return, the refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours or the product is defective.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items (for example, earrings) and personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a defect.

Defective product

All our jewelry benefits from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity. In case of a defect, contact us for an exchange, repair, or refund.
