Your order is considered accepted only after written confirmation from Alis Jewelry. We must receive and process your payment before your order is validated. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Alis Jewelry may not be able to accept cancellation requests once the order has been confirmed. If your order is refused, modified or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the e-mail address, the billing address and/or the telephone number provided when the order was placed.

We cannot be held liable for delivery or shipping delays. All delivery times indicated are estimates and are not guaranteed. We accept no liability for delays caused by the carriers, the customs formalities or any event beyond our control. As soon as the products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all registered trade marks, marks, texts, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio content, as well as their design, selection and arrangement, are the exclusive property of Alis Jewelry, of its subsidiaries or of its licensors. Alis Jewelry is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, any sale or any purchase made in our Store is carried out directly with Alis Jewelry. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Alis Jewelry, including any damage, harm or loss resulting from the products or services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its subsidiaries from any claim, any damage and any liability arising from or related to your purchase and your transaction with Alis Jewelry.

We will inform you of any claim covered by this warranty, on the understanding that a failure to notify promptly will not release you from your obligations, unless you suffer substantial prejudice as a result.
